This up to 8 student intro class will cover best practices in: setting up images for printing, how to change color drums, registration, color mixing and newly added-- tips on using the free application Spectrolite to streamline multicolor prints (Mac OS only). All students will produce 50 single or two-color 8.5X11" prints to take home, sell or gift to friends. You will be able to create your design for print during the workshop, or you may bring a physical artwork, or digital artwork. Designs may also be emailed in advance as a 600 dpi PDF, PNG or JPG.

If sign ups for a particular day are less than 3 participants, you may receive a shorter but more personalized instruction time but class will still be held :)

All classes are held at BAB & Friends Giftshop @ 3131 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA 92116!

All Saturday classes are held from 12pm to 4pm. Instruction will begin around 12:15 to allow time for parking, browsing and getting last minute coffee and snacks :)

Bring artwork or photos to scan, copy, collage, or airdrop to your instructor, or bring your preferred drafting tools and make something on the spot!

Be aware that if everyone has print images ready to go at the start of class, there will be a waiting period to use the machines, so plan accordingly! There is plenty to read and look at but it may be nice to have drawing tools or a laptop to occupy any downtime.
